Disclaimer: I'm not a professional book reviewer or anything. So don't kill me if you end up hating the book. Everyone has different views and opinions.
I'm in love with this book. For starters I finished it in 1 and a half days. Even though I had major exams. ( Don't ever do that btw) At first I didn't understand why I was in love with this book. I haven't felt this way about a book in a long time. I don't even relate that much to Charlie (the main character) I'm not half as smart as him. I wouldn't even say I'm a wallflower. But the way the author writes you'll be able to see the world through his eyes.
Charlie (the main character) is dealing with the death of his aunt and his friend Micheal. He tries to 'participate' but he still feels like a wallflower.
Wallflower: a person who has no one to dance with or who feels shy, awkward, or excluded at a party.
He meets two seniors Sam and Patrick who expose him to things like drugs, parties, dances and music. Throughout this book Charlie is writing to someone he does not say who it is but he refers to him/her as 'friend'. But it seems like he is writing to us (the readers) which makes us feel special. It's almost as if we're Charlie's friend. I think that's the main reason to why I was so drawn to this book.
It's set in the 1990s but I feel like I can still relate to this book in a way. I watched the movie before I read the book and I think the book is better than the movie. The movie is a lot harder to understand. I watched it 4 times and I finally understood it. If you do end up watching the movie or reading this book you should listen to the songs. I don't even like old music but I'm obsessed with the songs from the movie. I hope you give this book a read.

The Surprise Party
As you can probably already guess what I'm gonna write about. Thank you to all my wonderful friends who helped out.

Thank you guys! I couldn't ask for more wonderful people in this world.
Okay well story time
On the 27th of March a week after my birthday I decided to just spend some time with one of my close friends Li Xuan who lives in Melbourne. She came back for Easter break. So I invited a bunch of my close friends to go out with me to One Utama to watch a movie and hangout. So 2 of my friends Pei Jet and Sonia made an excuse as to my they couldn't come. I was kinda sad but there wasn't anything I could do about it. Meanwhile, my friend Su Yi who couldn't come because she was going to Japan planned a surprise party. When I was out with Li xuan at one utama. Pei jet and Sonia were blowing balloons and decorating my room. I was so oblivious I didn't even know any of this would be happening because I was stressing out about what dinner to buy. Now that I think of it there were so many hints about the surprise. So when I got back home my whole room was filled with balloons and confetti. I was in total shock. I didn't think anyone would ever do this for me. I love you guys! Thank you Pei Jet, Sonia, Li Xuan and Su Yi for this.

Thank you guys! I couldn't ask for more wonderful people in this world.

Book Review: The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 3/4
Firstly, I'd like to clarify that my blog isn't about books and book reviews and my writing most definitely is not the best. If you want people with quality writing go read: https://princesspipsqueak.wordpress.com/
I know I'm not a book expert nor am I close to being a professional book reviewer but I really love this book. Thanks to my friend Max for reccomending this book to me and my friend Aliya for lending me the book.(Also rachel featured it in her blog) Unfortunately, I can't seem to find this book in stores. But I'm sure you can buy it online or on your e-reader. ( I really don't know why you can't find this book in stores because it's a classic) Nothing bothers me more than the fact I can't find it in MPH. By the way, never order anything online from MPH online because their customer service is terrible but that's another story.
The actual review:
This book follows a teenage boy named Adrian Mole. He writes about his life as he grows older throught the book. I don't want to spoil the book for anyone so I won't say much. But the character build up is really good and the characters and the main character Adrian Mole is definitely one of the best chracters I've read in a book.
Sorry if this review sucked because I totally think it did. But then again I mostly write about bath products and makeup reviews so don't expect so much from me.

My Favourite Online Stores
I haven't done a blog post about online shopping yet. So I thought this would be really helpful if you're Malaysian and you want a good and reliable online store.
Lazada- This is basically a Amazon for southeast Asians. They almost anything and everything. However they do sell fake stuff. But the prices are great too and shipping is amazing.
Groupon- Their stuff is usually really priced really well. They do not sell any fake goods or imitates. They also have very good packaging most of my items came in a box. They also have good payment services. Of course all their items are discounted.

Instagram- If you didn't already know there are various blog shops on instagram. Here are my favorites:
Zalora- This one is a Malaysia based fashion online store. They're clothes are pretty expensive but they have some pretty exclusive brands and even Sephora.

Book Review: All The Bright Places
Sorry for the recent book review I've just been reading a lot. This book follows a boy named Finch and a girl named Violet. This has to be one of the best books I've ever read. Finch wants to take his own life and Violet is devastated by her sister's death. They meet on the ledge of the school bell tower.
I don't want to give too much away from the book but the characters are amazing and by the end of the book you don't ever want the story to end. With my recent busy schedule I finished it in 3 days which is pretty fast. Also they're planning to make a movie. The author Jennifer Niven is pretty active on twitter so you can tell her how you feel about the book. This book is basically an underrated version of the The Fault In Our Stars. That book honestly can't compare to this to T.F.I.O.S. I would say if you like the Perks of being a Wallflower. You'll definitely like this.

Book Review: Girl Online
These are my full honest thoughts on this book. Please do not be offended by the review.
This book follows a 16 year old girl named Penny whose parents own a wedding planning company and they have to go to New York to plan a wedding.

This book follows a 16 year old girl named Penny whose parents own a wedding planning company and they have to go to New York to plan a wedding.
That's all I can really say because I don't want to spoil the book for anyone.
Honestly this book feels as if it's been written by a 14 year old. It's not fully written by Zoe Sugg, some parts were I'm not sure how much were written by a ghost writer. The characters are very typical (almost like something written by an amateur writer on wattpad). There was no character build up very much and there is this extremely unrealistic plot twist. So do I recommend the book? No if you're into books with depth. Yes if you like the teen fiction books on wattpad.
I would rate it a 3/10
